The Office of Technology Transfer and Economic Development (OTTED) evaluates, markets and licenses technology owned by the University of Hawaii (UH). OTTED's goal is to promote industry-university collaboration on research projects, and encourage effective technology transfer for the public benefit as well as generating royalty income for UH to benefit research and education.
