Authority Delegated to:
Director of the Office of Technology Transfer and Economic Development to execute all contracts or agreements for inventions, patents, copyrights, and technology and material transfer, whether by purchase, exchange, license, or other means of acquisition or disposition. Excluded are contracts or agreements involving copyrights and trademarks involving University indicia, and interests in land which governed by Section 10-1, Board of Regents’ Bylaws and Policies.

Effective Date of Delegation:
July 1, 1998
